If I could give James more than 5 stars I would!!! Highly recommend! We used his services for a maternity photo shoot. Working with James was comfortable and easy throughout the process from initial conversations all the way through editing final photos. He was patient with my many questions, took into careful considerations my preferences, and was thoughtful in his approach to capturing our maternity shoot in just the right way-- and we LOVED the outcome! As a longtime Hawai'i resident, he had key knowledge of the best spots on the island for what we had in mind and knew how to work with the landscape and the lighting. James was an amazing photographer for our wedding. He was very communicative in the weeks leading up to the event and worked around our wedding schedule. He arrived early, scoped out interesting spots at the venue for shots, and was ready to go as soon as we arrived. He was extremely personable. Everyone at the wedding was complimenting us on James's professionalism and friendliness. He did a great job accommodating requests for group shots and taking plenty of candid photos. He was firm but nice about making sure we got specific shots (e.g., sunset photos). The photos were delivered shortly after the wedding and are of the highest quality. We strongly recommend James for your wedding!
