He arrived early, scoped out interesting spots at the venue for shots, and was ready to go as soon as we arrived. He was extremely personable. Everyone at the wedding was complimenting us on James's professionalism and friendliness. He did a great job accommodating requests for group shots and taking plenty of candid photos. He was firm but nice about making sure we got specific shots (e.g., sunset photos). The photos were delivered shortly after the wedding and are of the highest quality.
